The role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting, working closely with employees and leadership to maintain accurate HR records and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

3-5 years of HR Assistant or HR Generalist experience in regulated manufacturing.
Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEO); ITAR knowledge a plus.
Experience with HRIS/ERP systems and payor/HR data handling.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, orientations, and benefits materials.
Maintain job postings in Paycor and accurate records in PLEX.
Respond to employee questions and assist with counseling and attendance documentation.
Prepare routine HR reports on absences, vacations, and activity.
Assist with unemployment claims, compliance, and special HR projects.
Coordinate company events and provide general HR support.
