Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and 2+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruiting, performance management, and HRIS.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support employee relations for salaried associates.
• Develop and maintain HRIS reporting and data accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and KPI tracking.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assist in investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
