Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, postings, screening, interviews and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations, offering guidance.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
• Assist with performance management, tracking evaluations and coaching.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for decision-making.
• Support culture initiatives, engagement activities, retention strategies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
