Insight Global is seeking an HR Assistant to support a manufacturing organization in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role focuses on labor reporting, employee records, and benefits inquiries, with the potential to expand responsibilities as you settle in.

You will work 100% on-site, supporting HR processes, reporting, and data integrity, while serving as a resource for employees and collaborating with HR leadership on projects.

Formación

• Experience in Human Resources roles such as HR Assistant/Coordinator/Administrator.
• 1–3 years HR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with employee records, reporting, and confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Review and maintain daily labor reporting information and ensure hours are recorded accurately.
• Reconcile labor data with payroll and provide reports to Accounting.
• Maintain and update employee information in ADP.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns.
• Document and manage absence/call-in information and personnel records.
• Assist with benefits questions and coordinate with resources.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and convert paper records to electronic formats.
• Support HR training and certification tracking; partner with HR leadership on projects.
