The role partners with the Director of Human Resources to administer procedures, manage onboarding, and oversee employment life cycle in a nonprofit setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; 2–4 years full-cycle recruitment and generalist experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Nonprofit recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, SharePoint; HRIS experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for employees and interns, including announcements, posting, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Onboards new hires via weekly orientations and ensures paperwork and equipment readiness.
• Conducts offboarding and exit interviews, with feedback to HR leadership.
• Performs advanced sourcing via networking, universities, career fairs, and referrals.
• Oversees internship program, maintains centralized processes, and evaluates opportunities.
• Develops and delivers training on talent acquisition and interviewing techniques.
• Maintains applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.
