Job summary

You will help organize training, maintain accurate HRIS records, produce metrics, and support employee engagement while handling sensitive information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding, including converting temp-to-hire.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and department leaders to forecast workforce needs.
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate HR metrics and reports.
