Job summary

Psynergy in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration and training under general supervision. This role will be the first point of contact for Psynergy’s Sacramento locations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include advertising open positions, tracking applicants, coordinating interviews, processing paperwork, onboarding new hires, administering benefits, and providing HR

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Prior recruiting experience required.
• PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage recruitment advertising.
• Track applicants and collect resumes; ensure database accuracy.
• Vet resumes and route to managers.
• Set up interview schedules and interview packets.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers after interviews.
• Process paperwork and perform reference checks.
• On-boarding: IT setup, desks, paperwork, orientations.
• HR support: policy updates, leaves, retraining, exits.
