Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and have 1+ year of HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office, payroll systems, and HRIS is expected. The position emphasizes confidentiality and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 1+ year of HR experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee records management and workplace compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts by assisting with hiring activities, workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and help ensure new employees have a successful start within the organization.
• Administer employee benefit programs and assist with enrollment updates and employee questions.
• Process payroll related activities and maintain accurate employee information within human resources systems.
• Handle employee relations matters, maintain personnel records and support human resources projects and initiatives.
