Responsibilities

• Works with minimal direction in HR generalist duties, confidential matters.
• Provides high-level, confidential support to HR leadership.
• Acts as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Guides supervisors and employees on policies and employment practices.
• Conducts workplace investigations and assists in employee relations matters.
• Supports disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
• Promotes employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
• Manages benefit enrollments and related inquiries.
• Coordinates wellness and health programs.
• Assists with performance evaluations and succession planning.
