Dexian, a leading Talent + Technology solutions provider, is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate the employee life cycle, performance management, and data reporting from its Fort Lauderdale office. The role requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and experience with HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliant onboarding, promotions, and KPI reporting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in HR roles with broad responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BS degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee life cycle activities and performance management.
• Develop and monitor KPI metrics using Power BI and Excel.
• Administer data reporting, HRIS data, and audits of reports.
• Process promotions, salary changes, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Training, IT, Payroll, and HR teams on projects.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects and ticket resolution.
