Job summary

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• General knowledge of employment laws and payroll administration, health and welfare plans, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP, Paycom).
• Experience processing payroll and/or administering benefits strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance on HR matters to employees and officers of the bank.
• Provides administrative assistance to the HR Department.
• Schedules meetings/interviews, prepares letters and reports as requested.
• Assist customers with HR questions via phone and email.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and metrics.
• Assist in new employee orientation and materials preparation.
• Process payroll and benefits transactions accurately and timely.
• Coach and consult with employees on HR topics.
• Maintain data integrity in HR Payroll/Benefits systems and coordinate with carriers.
