Ash Grove Cement Company is hiring an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions and foster an inclusive workplace. You will coach managers, resolve employee concerns, and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives.

We seek a results-oriented professional with a 4-year degree in HR and at least four years of relevant experience, proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Promote and implement HR policies and programs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and resolve employee concerns.
• Partner with managers to address issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable retention insights.
• Support recruitment events, screen candidates, and facilitate onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies.
• Address and resolve employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements for retention.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment events, interviews, onboarding.
