The HR Manager will oversee on-boarding, HRIS workday processing, compliance audits, employee relations, and staffing coordination for Colorado and neighboring sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating new-hire paperwork, conducting audits, guiding managers, supporting recruitment, and mentoring a local HR Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• Two (2) years Human Resources experience or five (5) years management or leadership experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification or ability to obtain within the first 18 months in the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, rehires, transfers, and promotions; ensure documentation is complete.
• Review and approve employee letters of offer, transfer, or promotion.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure 100% attendance; track and file all new hire paperwork.
• Lead HR audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and HR laws; maintain confidential records.
