Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations across the employee life cycle, bridging staff and leadership. You will enforce policies, support talent management, and ensure labor law compliance across multiple states.

A strong background in benefits administration and payroll is essential. You will handle employee inquiries, investigations, and performance processes while contributing to a positive, growth‑oriented workplace culture and ongoing HR program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent certification a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Support performance and talent management processes.
