Zusammenfassung

Fox Pest Control is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations across the team member lifecycle, bridge gaps between staff and leadership, and ensure policy compliance.

The role covers pay, benefits, leave management, performance, training, and regulatory adherence across multiple states. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Logan, Utah location, with growth opportunities and hands-on training.

Aufgaben

• Reviews, tracks, and documents mandatory and non-mandatory training and certifications.
• Administers compensation, benefits, and leave; handles disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Processes Workers' Compensation.
• Handles employment inquiries and refers sensitive matters as needed.
• Attends disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Keeps abreast of HR trends, regulators, and new technologies in HR.
