Job summary

Aramark in Miami seeks an HR Generalist Coordinator I to provide broad HR support across units in the manager's absence and to help implement HR policies and programs. You will mentor and train line managers to apply HR policies and assist with payroll processing.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work with diverse teams while ensuring compliance with employment laws and ARAMARK guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions, HR preferred.
• Must be able to create, plan and manage creative HR strategies.
• Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies.
• Use of Computer, Telephone, Copier, Scanner, Label Maker, Shredder required.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement internal HR processes and procedures within ARAMARK guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and advise in innovative employee motivation and morale programs.
• Assist in day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist in processing payroll.
