Job summary

WCCTV, based in Richardson, TX, seeks an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management. This role partners with managers to sustain a positive workplace culture while ensuring policy compliance with employment laws.

The role covers full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and HR reporting in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment, relations, and benefits.
• Experience with benefits administration, payroll support, and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Support full-cycle recruitment including posting, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with enrollment and questions.
• Support compensation reviews and payroll inquiries.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports from HRIS.
• Coordinate training and track certifications and regulatory training.
