Job summary

The role reports to the HR Director and collaborates with Plant Manager to administer benefits, payroll, and HRIS. The position emphasizes policy interpretation, employee relations, and data-driven HR operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in HR, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office; ADP/HRIS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• HRIS experience, ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advises employees and managers on interpretation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Administers benefits programs including life, health, dental, disability and retirement plans.
• Coordinates payroll processes and time records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Performs data entry for training, PTO, payroll, benefits and HRIS.
• Maintains and analyzes HR data; supports open enrollment and policies.
