Job summary

NIC Global is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Denton, TX to manage daily HR functions including hiring, benefits, leave, and policy enforcement. This role collaborates with the Plant Manager and reports to the Midwest HR Manager, driving culture and engagement across the facility.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience. S/PHR is preferred; MS Office and HRIS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• S/PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database programs).
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Guides employees and managers on the interpretation of personnel policies, programs, and procedures.
• Assist supervisors with performance feedback consistent with company policies.
• Ongoing communication with employees regarding benefits programs and claims issues.
