Qualifications

• 2-5 years HR experience with payroll ownership.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~250 union & non-union employees.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs, wage laws & company policies.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Analyze labor and payroll data using advanced Excel.
• Support finance with reporting and reconciliations.
