Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll, coordinating with Accounting.
• Support HRIS administration and data maintenance.
• Assist full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including offers and orientation.
• Manage employee benefits programs and monthly billing.
• Respond to payroll, benefits, and policy questions.
• Support employee relations and compliance with employment laws.
• Coordinate HR programs and training initiatives.
• Provide HR documentation and project support.
