Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and payroll data accuracy.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with open enrollment and communications.
• Support HR operations and data reporting for leadership.
