Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience with exposure to multiple areas of HR.
• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll activities for a local employee population, including timekeeping review, employee updates, deductions, reporting, and final payroll processing.
• Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers, providing timely support and guidance on workplace questions and HR processes.
• Coordinate key employee lifecycle activities, including hiring support, new hire onboarding, employee changes, and separations.
• Support benefits administration, leave tracking, employee documentation, and accurate maintenance of HRIS records.
• Partner with local management and HR leadership on employee relations matters, policy implementation, compliance efforts, and HR process improvements.
