Job summary

Myers Tire Supply is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, benefits, compliance, and daily HR operations across our distribution centers. You will partner with leadership to ensure staffing and policy adherence while maintaining confidentiality and high integrity.

The role requires a strong work ethic, detail orientation, and excellent communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years HR experience required.
• Employment law knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and HRIS knowledge; PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS system.
• Answers and assists employees with HR-related questions.
• Onboards and Offboards employees.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
