Job summary

Texas Corrugators is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in Texas. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll processing, employee support, training records, and HR reporting. You will work with leadership and HR partners to maintain accurate records, communicate expectations, and foster a respectful workplace.

Strong judgment, organization, confidentiality, and follow-through are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Three to five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the position; equivalent relevant experience acceptable to the hiring manager may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, computer applications, and ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly non-exempt positions, including coordination with temp agencies and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments, open enrollment, and qualifying life event changes.
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll and maintain I-9 documentation.
• Provide employee support, coaching, and maintain training records and audits.
