Job summary

The Braden River Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Human Resource Generalist to perform HR duties at a professional level and support regional operations in Florida. You will handle payroll processing, benefits enrollment, training, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and data management in coordination with senior HR management.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll/HR experience, preferably with UltiPro and/or Kronos.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll documents for all employees at assigned facility in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Manages employees understanding and enrollment in company's benefits programs.
• Conducts new hire orientation and maintains accurate training and development documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handles employee relations issues and directs all unresolved employee complaints and concerns to the corporate HR Department per the EDR Program.
• May assist with OSHA and Workers' Compensation tracking, reporting, and compliance.
• Monitors privacy guidelines relative to residents' protected health information.
