SEEDWAY, LLC, headquartered in Hall, New York and part of the GROWMARK system, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to enhance onboarding, payroll, benefits coordination, and HR operations. You’ll impact the employee experience across the employment lifecycle.

You’ll coordinate onboarding activities, back up HR Manager for recruiting, manage hourly offer processes, process weekly payroll, and administer safety bonus programs while keeping records accurate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employee benefits, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative approach with a strong commitment to customer service and employee support.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding activities and support HR Manager in recruiting initiatives.
• Manage hourly employee job offers, letters, and pre-employment screenings.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and maintain timekeeping records.
• Administer monthly and annual safety bonus programs.
• Update payroll records for tax exemptions, benefits, and wage changes.
• Provide benefits guidance and assist with open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Maintain HR records in ServiceNow and support HR reporting.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
