Job summary

AbiMar Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and partner with management on payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management while maintaining accurate HR records.

Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, benefits coordination, leave administration, HRIS data integrity, and supporting audits. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least 1 year of HR experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with payroll and benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring weekly processing is accurate and on time.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, and vendor communications.
• Manage leave programs (FMLA, STD, LTD) and maintain records.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate HR reports.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Support employee relations, training, and performance management.
