Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job postings to onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentation.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Administer employee benefits including enrollments.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies.
