Job summary

CFS Brands in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as a dependable HR resource for employees and leaders while helping maintain accurate employee records, timely payroll inputs, compliant HR processes and a positive employee experience.

As a valued contributor, you will handle benefits administration, leave management, compliance, recruiting support, onboarding, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee information across the full employment lifecycle.
• Prepare payroll updates and coordinate with payroll to resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee status changes while protecting confidential information.
• Support benefits administration, audits, and reporting.
• Manage leave of absence cases (FMLA, ADA, etc.) and compliance.
• Post jobs, source candidates, and coordinate onboarding.
