Job summary

Griffin Greenhouse Supplies Inc is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to cover full cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance. The role focuses on Paycom workflows, self-funded plans, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with leaders to resolve issues, drive engagement, and ensure policy compliance while supporting workforce data reporting and audits. This role requires strong organizational skills and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on payroll experience; Paycom experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and confidential data handling.
• SHRM certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full HR lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.
• Administer benefits, payroll, and leave programs.
• Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and compliance programs.
• Partner with managers to resolve workplace issues and improve engagement.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and data analysis.
