• Sequence the rollout so TX regions don't all break at once.
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across Intermountain Healthcare business units.
• Collaborate with HR Compliance and Employer Branding stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die.
• Own the Greenhouse model that everyone quietly trusts to forecast next quarter.
• Translate 1 years of messy history into a forecast you'd stake your name on.
• Build consensus across Performance Management and Work-Life Balance owners who rarely agree.
