Job summary

The position requires 2–5 years in HR management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PHR/SPHR preferred. Onsite work, with opportunities to contribute to diverse programs and payroll-related activities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience
• Bachelor’s degree with major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes (performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development)
• Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, unemployment claims, onboarding and exit interviews, and leave administration
• Review and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Maintain personnel files and ensure accuracy of active/terminated records
• Provide coaching to associates and supervisors on policy and procedure; conduct employee investigations
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans
• Support e-Time system and payroll-related activities
• Promote inclusive culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with program administration to improve employee satisfaction
