Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 3 years HR experience as Specialist/Generalist.
• Notary Certificate required within 6 months of employment.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding and pre-employment processes; ensure I-9 and E-verify-compliance.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and HRIS-driven reviews; maintain goal alignment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and communications.
• Lead orientation, notary duties, and onboarding documentation.
• Audit and maintain personnel records for compliance with policies and funder requirements.
