Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate employee records and HR data in systems and files.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries via email or phone.
• Communicate with employees at all levels while ensuring privacy rules.
• Generate HR reports and analyze metrics; support data needs.
• Develop HR training materials and participate in onboarding and policy rollout.
• Support benefits enrollment, changes, and compliance with laws.
