Job summary

Tate in Glasgow, Kentucky is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. This on-site role reports to the Regional HR Manager and requires flexibility to cover off shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee relations and HR programs.
• Ability to manage HR data and documentation.
• On-site presence in Glasgow, KY with flexibility to cover off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and policy guidance across the organization.
• Assist managers with performance management and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing activities with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support audits and HR reporting for metrics.
