You will own onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and vendor management, while ensuring compliance and professional operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience including campus hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; professional experience considered.
• 5+ years HR generalist experience with risk-aware employee relations.
• Vendor negotiation, purchasing or facilities/office operations preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and support roles and build a pipeline.
• Lead campus recruitment and maintain relationships with colleges and career centers.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management and employee relations processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing and office operations.
• Handle HR records, compliance and policy guidance with leadership.
