Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience including campus recruitment and employer branding.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
• Vendor negotiation, purchasing, or facilities/office operations management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and Arizona employment law.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and support roles using innovative sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline.
• Lead campus recruitment and build relationships with colleges to promote employer brand.
• Manage interview process end-to-end from resume screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues and advise managers on performance management and legal compliance.
• Oversee office vendor management, purchasing, and facility operations.
