Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience in employee relations, onboarding, compliance, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or remote employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for employees and managers with policy guidance.
• Support investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Assist with onboarding, leave administration, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Coordinate HR projects to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
