Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and remote employees.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers, guiding on policies and employment practices.
• Assist with employee relations investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and lifecycle events including transfers and promotions.
• Coordinate leave administration, accommodations, and safety programs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support HR projects, audits, reporting, and data integrity in HRIS.
• Provide back-up support for payroll processing and employee inquiries as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery across locations.
