Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Beech Island Plant is hiring an HR Talent Generalist to partner with manufacturing leaders and support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

You will coach leaders, develop team capability, and drive continuous improvement while fostering safety, inclusion, and a culture of accountability. This role requires effective collaboration across functions and a passion for building a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Ability to influence leaders and employees through coaching and difficult conversations.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Proven credibility and engagement with frontline/hourly employees.
• Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, plant, or operations HR experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a large, complex and fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise and direct communication style.
• Ability to navigate organizational change, ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong floor presence and comfort engaging employees across the facility.
• Ability to operate independently with limited development required.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth.
• Support recruitment activities, hiring events, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Promote site communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and community initiatives.
