Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Warren Plant is hiring an HR Generalist to partner with manufacturing leaders and support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and workforce planning.

You will coach leaders, drive workforce initiatives, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and mutual respect. The role emphasizes flexible hybrid work arrangements and collaboration across the site.

Qualifications

• Coaching leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth.
• Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to develop action plans from engagement and culture survey results.
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Support site communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and community initiatives.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, teamwork, and employee ownership.
• Partner with leaders and Centers of Excellence on compensation, retention, and workforce solutions.
• Support implementation of HR programs and corporate initiatives at the site.
