• Experience supporting employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and personnel recordkeeping.
• Experience with workplace investigations and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for employees and supervisors on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations through investigations, conflict resolution, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Partner with managers to address concerns and provide HR guidance.
• Assist with corrective action, disciplinary procedures, performance management, and related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, job changes, and offboarding.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and confidential personnel information.
• Assist with HR compliance, reporting, audits, and special projects.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with laws.
• Provide workforce communication on HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
