Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to the manufacturing facility and administrative support to management.
• Coordinate new hire orientations for salaried and hourly staff.
• Maintain personnel, medical, leave, and workers’ comp files and input data into HRMS.
• Serve as FMLA coordinator and liaison with DMA for leaves of absence.
• Respond to workers’ compensation and unemployment claims; support health and welfare benefits questions.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and communicating policies and procedures.
• Support the commitment to service and company values in daily work.
