Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is helping a global manufacturing business recruit an HR Generalist (Manufacturing) in Muncie, Indiana. The role leads recruitment, supports employee relations and investigations, and coordinates workforce matters.

You will assist with international employee transitions, visa processes and ongoing training, with a focus on career progression and a strong, collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• HR experience in manufacturing, distribution or similar environments
• Experience supporting blue-collar/hourly workforces
• Non-union workforce experience essential; union experience advantageous
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP)
• International recruitment/visa or global workforce experience advantageous
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
