Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an HR Generalist (Manufacturing) in Muncie, IN to lead local and international recruitment and support employee relations across a growing manufacturing business.

The role involves handling investigations, workforce support and international transitions, with opportunities for ongoing training and development within a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• HR experience within manufacturing, distribution or similar
• Experience supporting blue-collar / hourly workforces
• Non-union workforce experience essential; union experience highly advantageous
• Experience with Workday, SAP or similar HR systems
• Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred (not essential)
• International recruitment, visa or global workforce experience advantageous
• Employee relations and investigation experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
