Qualifications

• 3+ years as HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Coordinator in warehousing/logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication with operations leaders and peers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, compliance, and employment law to operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and payroll inquiries.
• Review and verify new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
