Job summary

Arvato, a global 3PL and logistics leader, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support site operations in Utah. You will coordinate HR programs, manage employee inquiries, and partner with leaders to align people initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, performance and talent processes, and driving employee engagement while ensuring timely communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
• 3+ years of HR Generalist/Coordinator experience in warehouse/logistics environments preferred
• Strong communication with operations leaders and teammates at all levels
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave management and performance processes
• Guide operations on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll-related inquiries for employees
• Review and process new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment coordination
• Assist in orientation/training and employee engagement initiatives
• Develop programs to improve morale, retention and recognition
• Handle additional projects as assigned by site leadership
