Job summary

Page GTC, located in South Deerfield, MA, is seeking an Experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across leaves, investigations, and benefits reconciliation. You will coordinate with payroll, carriers, and third-party administrators while maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

You will administer leave programs across multiple states, conduct investigations, and support HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leaves, employee relations, or benefits administration.
• Knowledge of FMLA and multistate leave and disability requirements.
• Experience reconciling benefit invoices, payroll deductions, enrollment records, or related benefit accounts.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and escalation processes.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
• MS Office and HRIS proficiency, including Excel for reconciliation and audits.
• High integrity, sound judgment, confidentiality, and post-offer drug screening compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration for onboarding, status changes, offboarding and other HR transactions.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records, investigation files, leave documentation, and benefit records.
• Respond to employee and manager questions and route matters requiring HR leadership review or legal guidance.
• Support employee communications, training coordination, and HR projects as assigned.
• Provide professional representation of the company in all employee interactions.
• Administer leave programs, track leave usage, and coordinate with payroll and benefits.
• Reconcile benefit accounts, carrier invoices, payroll deductions, enrollment records.
• Ensure ACA/ COBRA/ ERISA compliance and state continuation requirements.
• Maintain HRIS data, leave calendars, investigation logs, and audit records.
• Develop SOPs and implement process improvements.
