Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional HR experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, for data handling and reporting.
• Willingness to learn HR systems, reporting tools, automation, and technology to improve efficiency.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with HR policy inquiries and interpretation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and document verification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and report trends.
• Prepare and distribute accurate employee communications and reports.
• Escalate sensitive issues to HRBP as needed.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and records.
• Support labor relations and CBA interpretation as directed.
